Minimum service order quantity
Due to high set-up costs and workflow processes, which involve at least three people at a time, Scott James operates under a minimum order quantity of 10 windows for restoration or double glazing retrofitting.
Minimum order quantity varies between the regions
Scott James is based in East Anglia and for regions outside our immediate service area the MOQ will be slightly higher to spread the cost associated with travelling and working away from our home region across a higher number of windows, and this way, keep the overall cost lower and affordable for customers from the rest of the UK.
How do we count windows?
- Bay window = 3 windows or 5 windows (depending on the bay window configuration)
- Set of french doors = 2-4 windows
- Extra-large sash windows = 2 windows
- Coupled style sash windows = 2-3 windows
